The Village of Glandorf is committed to providing reliable water and sewer services to our residents. To make things easy, we’ve gathered helpful resources and forms in one place. We encourage monthly ACH payments & monthly e-mailing of utility bills.

1. Automatic Payment (ACH) (Recommended)

  • Payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account
  • Avoid late fees (when funds are available)
  • You’ll still receive your bill for your records — unless you are signed up for paperless billing
  • No processing fees

To enroll:

  • Complete the Automatic Payment Application
  • Attach a voided check or official bank document
  • Return your completed form to the Village Office

2. Online Payment via AllPaid

  • Your account number is required
  • An additional fee will be assessed for this transaction

3. Online Banking (Through Your Bank)

  • Pay directly from your bank’s online bill pay service
  • No Village fees
  • Use your correct utility account number
  • Allow mailing time for check delivery and processing

4. Pay in Person

  • Drop off your payment during office hours at 203 N. Main St. (behind the fire station)
  • Cash or check only.

5. Drop Box

  • Located at 203 N. Main St. (behind the fire station)
  • Secure and Open 24/7
  • Payments are collected and processed the next business morning

Drop box can be used for any Village of Glandorf documents (ie. utility payments, estimates, taxes, etc).

6. Pay by Mail

  • Detach the bottom portion of your bill
  • Include a check or money order (no cash)
  • Mail to:
